1. The warranty period for the contract equipment shall be  12 months from the next day after the end of commissioning.

If the supplied equipment is found to be defective as a  result of faulty materials or workmanship within the warranty period, the Seller shall, at  its own  expenses,  rectify  or  replace  defected  part  of the equipment.  If the defects due to the incorrect operation, the Buyer shall bear full expenses.
